Lamondance Dancer Performance Review - 1st Semester (September to December 2024)

Dear Teachers,

Please note that the feedback form does not allow you to save your progress, so you'll need to complete it all at once (our apologies for this inconvenience).

Feel free to leave additional comments for the company members if you feel inspired, but please remember that our primary focus is on the Training Program. This is essential as we must provide feedback in accordance with the Minister of Education's requirements.

Thank you for your dedication and support!

Here are Five Key Areas to Assess Dancer Progress:

1. Semester Progress Overview

- Highlight the dancer’s overall progress from September to December. Discuss specific improvements in technique, creativity, or performance presence observed throughout the semester.

2. Technique Development

- Evaluate the dancer’s technical skills specific to ballet or contemporary styles. Provide insight into areas of strength and offer suggestions for additional practice to address any challenges.

3. Participation and Engagement (Rehearsal director)

- Assess the dancer’s level of participation in class and rehearsals. Focus on their enthusiasm, effort during class, and willingness to take risks with movement. Encourage maintaining a proactive attitude.

4. Choreographic Execution (Rehearsal director)

- Comment on how well the dancer has learned and executed choreography throughout the semester. Address their ability to remember and perform movements accurately, emphasizing areas for improvement.

5. Self-Motivation and Independence

- Reflect on the dancer’s ability to stay self-motivated during classes and rehearsals. Encourage them to take initiative, set personal goals, and strive for independence in their practice. Highlight the importance of self-sufficiency in their growth as a dancer.
