Angélie Gamache

Angélie Gamache was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. She began her artistic journey at a young age with artistic gymnastics and circus, and started ballet at the age of 10 with L’École Supérieure du Québec. She later joined Ballet Divertimento’s professional program, founded by Susan Alexander and under the artistic direction of Christine Cyr. During her six years at BD, she trained with renowned teachers and choreographers such as Owen Montague, Alexis Fletcher, John Alleyne, Brigitte Martin, Zack Tang, and Kristen Céré.

In December 2022, she participated in the Rubberband winter intensive, training with Victor Quijada and Brontë Poiré-Prest.

Angélie began dancing with Lamondance during Season 15, working with various artists, including Davi Rodrigues, Vanessa Goodman, and Anya Saugstad. She is excited to continue working with Lamondance for another year and to further her growth as an artist.
